Ordering & Dispatch
Yes. Orders placed before 3PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked & Recorded.
Orders are packed to protect the vials in transit and dispatched by Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked & Recorded.
Our primary service is UK dispatch. For international enquiries please contact us before ordering.
Almost certainly not. We send by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is the speed Royal Mail aim for rather than a guaranteed delivery day, and a day or two between tracking scans is common, particularly over a weekend. If your parcel has not arrived and the tracking has not moved for several working days, get in touch with your order number and we will put it right by sending a replacement.
Check with neighbours and anywhere the parcel could have been left out of sight, and look for a Royal Mail “Something for you” card. Royal Mail’s tracking page usually shows a proof-of-delivery photo of where it was left. If it still can’t be found, get in touch with your order number and we will look into it with you.
Order emails go to the address entered at checkout and come from shop@simplypeptides.co.uk, so check your spam or junk folder first, and check whether you ordered with a different address. A mistyped email address is the most common cause. Replies from our team come from Jeremy Chivers at Simply Peptides. If you can’t find anything, get in touch with your name and postcode and we will find your order and correct the address.
Often, yes. get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and what you would like changed. If the order has not yet been labelled for dispatch we can usually do it. Orders placed separately are packed and sent separately.
Where we have a date for incoming stock, the product page shows an “Expected back” window. We are not able to send individual back-in-stock notifications, so the best thing is to check the product page again in about a week.
Yes. We offer trade pricing to approved business customers. Apply on our trade application page. Every application is reviewed personally, and we may ask a few questions about your business before approving it.
Products & Quality
Every compound is verified to ≥99% purity by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry, with a Certificate of Analysis available for each batch.
A COA is the lab report confirming a batch’s identity and purity. Selected batches also carry independent third-party testing by Janoshik.
A lyophilised solid is a peptide that has been freeze-dried — frozen and then dried under vacuum so moisture is removed without applying heat. This gentle process preserves the compound’s structure and bioactivity, leaving a dry powder that stays stable for longer, is less sensitive to temperature changes in transit, and can be reconstituted with a solvent of your choice when needed. All of our peptides are supplied in this lyophilised form for research use only.
Store unopened vials in a refrigerator at 8°C or below, where they stay stable for several months. For longer-term storage keep them at −20°C. We are not able to provide reconstitution or usage information.
Every batch is tested by the manufacturer, by HPLC and mass spectrometry, before it reaches us. On top of that we send selected batches to Janoshik, an independent lab, and publish every report that comes back on our Lab Reports page. Not every batch is sent, so a batch can be on sale without an independent report of its own. The Lab Reports page shows exactly which batches have one, and you can sign up there to be emailed whenever a new report is published.
get in touch with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will replace it free of charge.
Payment
We use Fena, an FCA-regulated open banking provider. You pay securely by bank transfer with no card details needed.
Across the peptide sector, the majority of card payment processors classify the industry as “high risk” and won’t offer their services to suppliers like us. If you’ve found another company taking card payments through a provider such as Square or SumUp, they are almost always either very new to the peptide industry or have only recently switched across — and in both cases it tends to be temporary, as those accounts are usually shut down by the processor shortly afterwards.
A small number of specialist high-risk processors will work with the industry, but they typically charge fees of around 10% — extremely high compared with the roughly 1% charged by the standard low-risk providers most shops use. Passing that cost on would only mean higher prices for you. Instead, we’ve chosen Pay by Bank: a secure, FCA-supported payment method that lets you pay directly from your bank account, with no card details and no inflated fees.
Yes. Spend & save applies automatically: £150 → 10% off, £250 → 15% off.
Yes — and you save when you do. Choosing Bitcoin at checkout automatically takes 20% off your first Bitcoin order (up to £40 off) and 10% off every Bitcoin order after that. It stacks with Spend & Save, though not with discount codes. See our Pay with Bitcoin guide for how it works.
Our step-by-step guide walks you through it using Coinbase (other exchanges such as Kraken, Uphold or Revolut work too). One thing to plan for: under UK FCA rules, a brand-new exchange account must wait 24 hours before its first purchase — so set your account up the day before you want to order. Already have a crypto account? You can pay straight away.
No. A discount code and the Bitcoin discount can’t be combined. If a discount code is applied to your order, the Bitcoin discount does not come off as well, so use whichever gives you the better price. Spend & Save applies either way.
A one-use code is held by any earlier order of yours that is still awaiting payment. Complete the payment on that order, or wait a few hours for it to lapse, and the code will work again. Discount codes also can’t be combined with each other. If it still won’t apply, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Occasionally a bank declines a Pay by Bank payment or is not on the list. get in touch with what you would like to order and your delivery address, and we will set the order up for you to pay by ordinary bank transfer instead.
Simply Peptides is a trading name of Research Stack Ltd (Company No. 16843184), so you may see Research Stack Ltd on the payment screen or on your bank statement. If you see a name you are unsure about, don’t pay. get in touch and we will confirm the details for you.
