About this compound
Kisspeptin-10 is the decapeptide corresponding to residues 45-54 of human metastin, the C-terminal fragment of the KISS1 gene product. It is studied in laboratory settings as an agonist of the kisspeptin receptor (KISS1R, also known as GPR54), including receptor binding, intracellular signalling and cell migration assays. All use is strictly in vitro and for research purposes only.
The manufacturer tests every batch of our Kisspeptin-10 by HPLC and mass spectrometry, to ≥99% purity. Those certificates are confidential under our supply agreement, so we cannot share them. Separately, we send selected batches to Janoshik, an independent lab, and publish every report on our lab reports page. Not every batch has an independent report, and each report names the batch it covers.
Kisspeptin-10 is supplied as a lyophilised powder in a single sealed vial (10 mg). Prior to dispatch it is stored at −20°C. On receipt it can be kept in a refrigerator at 8°C or below, which will keep it stable for several months. For longer-term storage, keep it at −20°C, which allows storage for several years without affecting the compound’s structure or purity.
