Who can apply?

Resellers and research-supply businesses of any size — established or just starting out. Accounts are approved manually, so tell us honestly how you operate; a website or social channel helps but isn’t required.

How are trade prices set?

Trade packs are priced well below retail and the full live price list is visible in the portal the moment you’re approved. Pricing is dynamic: it is updated in response to demand, stock levels and what each batch costs us to land, so the list always shows today’s real price rather than a stale quote. Prices are live at the point of ordering — the price applied to your order is the one showing on the price list when you place it.

What if something I need is out of stock?

Pre-order it. We place the supplier order on receipt of yours and carry the international shipping and customs risk; your pack typically dispatches within 2–3 weeks, tracked from our UK facility.

Do you handle the customer, or do I?

You do — trade packs are supplied to your business and you sell on through your own channels. If you’d rather we fulfilled orders directly to your customers, mention it in your application.
