By placing an order on simplypeptides.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days once payment has cleared.
  • Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, verification checks, and destination.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
  • Simply Peptides reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where misuse, regulatory concerns, or payment issues are suspected.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and FedEx. All shipments are sent using tracked services.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Simply Peptides are lawful to import into their country.
  • We cannot accept liability for parcels delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities.
  • International shipments are declared in accordance with export regulations.
  • Packages are labelled discreetly as “research peptide samples”.
  • Where available, we may use customs-cleared or DDP shipping options to reduce delays.
  • Simply Peptides is not responsible for customs-related delays, confiscations, or import refusals.

4. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order appears delayed or missing:

  • Contact us at support@simplypeptides.com with your order number and tracking information.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
  • Replacements or refunds are only issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost or undeliverable.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued once the parcel is safely returned.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the packaging, product label, and the issue observed.
  • Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.

6. Returns Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective upon arrival.
  • Returned products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
  • All returns must be pre-approved in writing by Simply Peptides.
  • Unauthorised returns will be disposed of for safety reasons and cannot be refunded.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Before dispatch: Full refund to the original payment method.
  • Lost parcel: Full refund or replacement once confirmed by the courier.
  • Damaged/defective items: Full or partial refund depending on the issue and evidence provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after dispatch.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Customs seizures or delays.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

8. Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment is received.
  • Risk transfers upon dispatch from our facility.
  • Customers are responsible for lawful handling, storage, and use upon delivery.

9. Force Majeure

Simply Peptides is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier or postal disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Supply chain issues
  • Strikes, natural disasters, or severe weather
  • Government restrictions or border closures
