1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used. This includes any product where the security seal has been broken.

We can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@simplypeptides.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

You may be asked to provide photographs to help us assess the issue.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return (for unopened items only), please email us at:

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and contamination‑control reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Any opened or unsealed products
  • Used products
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Items returned after 14 days

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
