How to Pay
At Simply Peptides we currently accept payment by UK bank transfer. It's quick, secure, and means your money goes directly bank-to-bank — no card details required. Here's exactly how it works.
The Four Steps
1. Place Your Order
Browse the site, add the products you'd like to your cart, and check out as you would on any other store. Enter your delivery details and email address — we'll need these to send you payment instructions and dispatch confirmation. A mobile number is optional but helps if you'd prefer your payment details by text.
Your order will appear in our system immediately as pending payment.
2. Receive Your Payment Details
Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you'll receive an email (or text, if you've provided a mobile number) containing:
- Our UK bank sort code and account number
- The exact amount to transfer
- A unique payment reference — please use this exactly so we can match your payment to your order
Most orders receive these details within minutes. If 30 minutes pass and nothing has arrived, please check your spam/junk folder first, then get in touch and we'll resend.
3. Send the Bank Transfer
Open your banking app or online banking and make a transfer using the details we've sent. UK bank transfers via Faster Payments typically clear in seconds, although a small number of banks can take a few minutes. The total is exactly the amount shown on your order — we don't add any payment fees.
Important: please include the payment reference we've given you. This is what links your transfer to your order so we can match it up automatically.
4. Order Updated & Dispatched
Once your payment lands in our account, we update your order status to paid within 30 minutes during working hours, and you'll receive a paid confirmation email automatically.
From that point:
- Orders confirmed paid before 3:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same working day
- Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next working day
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the bank transfer take to clear?
UK Faster Payments are typically near-instant — usually within seconds, occasionally a few minutes. Once your bank shows the transfer as sent, it's normally with us right away.
Can I pay from a non-UK bank account?
Yes, but international transfers (SWIFT or SEPA) take longer to clear — usually 1-3 working days — and your bank may apply additional fees. We'll always wait for the full amount to clear before dispatch.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Just get in touch as soon as you can. If you've underpaid, we'll let you know the difference and arrange the balance. If you've overpaid, we'll refund the difference once the order has been dispatched.
What if I forget to include the payment reference?
Don't worry — reply to your payment email (or contact us) with the date and amount of your transfer and we'll match it up manually.
What if I don't pay within a few days?
If we don't receive payment within 24 hours of sending you the details, your order will be automatically cancelled and the items released back into stock. You're welcome to place a fresh order at any time.
Is paying by bank transfer safe?
Yes — bank transfers are one of the safest ways to pay. Your money moves directly between regulated UK banks via the Faster Payments network. We never see your bank login or any sensitive personal details.
